      We’ll make sure that your refund request will be managed with the highest efficiency so that you won’t feel troubled. Most items can be refunded within 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

      While there can be many reasons to ask for a refund, the two most common ones are
       1) you receiving a wrong item
       2) you receiving a damaged item

      In the unlikely event of these incidents, full refund is guaranteed. An option for exchange is also guaranteed. Any shipping costs for returns will not be paid by us.

      To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      Items that can’t be refunded:

      • Clearance items.
      • Items you have already assembled.
      • Bought items that are found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.

      To complete your refund/exchange, we require
       1) a receipt or proof of purchase
       2) photos that show the conditions of the item

      Once your request is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have done so. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

      Late or missing refunds
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Order cancellation / change request
      We process your order straight away once it is confirmed. Therefore, we are unable to accept any cancellation or change request to purchased items.
